Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 tbsp water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 carrot (cut into thin strips)
1/2 onion (thinly sliced)
1/2 red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
1 green onion (chopped)
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
– Prepare Vegetables: Cut carrot into thin strips, slice onion and bell pepper thinly, and chop green onion.
- Beat Eggs: In a bowl, whisk eggs with water, salt, and sugar.
- Cook Vegetables: Heat oil in a pan, sauté carrot, onion, and bell pepper until slightly soft (2-3 minutes), season with salt and pepper.
- Add Eggs: Pour beaten eggs into the pan, swirl to cover evenly. Cook for 2 minutes, lifting edges to let uncooked eggs flow underneath.
